VeloSpoke Bike Expo
Utilizing over 61,000 sq ft of event space, VeloSpoke will bring together over 100 exhibitors for an energizing showcase of products and services from top lifestyle and cycling brands. The show will also feature unique activations, including a main stage with performances, a photo wall, bike fitting zone, kids’ corner and wellness zone.
Package Pickup and Bag Check
All GranFondo riders will need to pick up their event package before the event at Package Pickup on September 6th and 7th, 2012. Medio riders are encouraged to pick up their packages here as well. Photo ID will be required for pick up and you will be asked to sign the event waiver in person.
NO PACKAGE PICKUP FOR GRANFONDO RIDERS ON EVENT DAY!
Medio riders will have both options of picking up their packages at Package Pickup or at the Medio Start on event day.

Complimentary Bag Check will only be available during Package Pickup on Thursday, September 8th and Friday, September 7th (limited to one bag per person, excluding bike boxes). Maximum size is 21.5 in. x 9 in. x 15.5 in. (standard airplane carry-on size). We'll give you a tag in your event materials to label your bag with your name and rider number. Have this tag clearly visible and in position before you hand in your bag at the Station. Put all items into one bag - no loose items will be accepted! Items can be collected at the Finish Line starting as of 11:00am. Medio riders can drop off a bag at the Medio start in Squamish to have it transported and waiting for them at the Finish.
Complimentary Bag Check service is available at the Medio start and Medio riders can pick up their Rider Packages at the main Package Pickup or at the Medio start. All riders must be wearing their bike plates and wristbands before starting the event.
Finish Area
The Finish Area for RBC GranFondo Whistler participants will include:
- Complimentary secure bike parking for all riders (drop your bike and enjoy the festivities)

- Picture Station - capture the moment with a momento!

Celebration Plaza
With the beginning of the ride starting at 7:00am we anticipate the elite riders to make their way across the finish line around 10:00am. We will organize festivities throughout the day as the rest of the 7,000 participants arrive.
