Refunds

No refunds are available for any reason, medical or otherwise. You can sell or give your RBC GranFondo Whistler registration to another person for a $50 transfer fee.

To Make a Transfer

Please note, only the race entry in the specific division is transferable. No upgrade options will be transferred. Any garments purchased with the original entry will be honoured and will be available for pick up at package pickup location and time. Transfers do not allow entrants to change ride divisions.

Absolutely no transfers will be completed at package pickup. Also, all riders will be asked for photo ID and to sign a waiver so only the registered participant will be allowed to pick up event identification.
